Meno Mix
This is a carefully designed combination of herbal tinctures with a reputation for providing natural support during the menopause. Sage and Red clover contain phytoestrogens, compounds which mimic the oestrogen women produce, and exerts a mild oestrogenic effect on the body. Black cohosh has a long standing reputation as a women’s herb. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen herb which helps to reduce stress in the body.
Meno Mix is an all-natural, vegan-friendly supplement, free from artificial additives, making it a gentle yet effective support for your body during this transitional phase.
Dosage: 5ml in a little water before food one to three times daily.
Ingredients: Herbal tinctures of Sage, Red clover, Black cohosh, Ashwagandha. The tinctures in this mix are made in the traditional way, by hydro-ethanolic percolation with a ratio of one part herb to three parts liquid. The liquid is 55% water and 45% sugar beet derived ethanol.
