Bespoke Organic Herbal Tea

Your bespoke herbal tea has been individually formulated by me as part of the treatment plan we have developed together during your consultation or course of consultations.

If your current tea is working well for you, you can easily reorder your personalised blend here and continue with the herbal support that has been helping you.

Each loose-leaf tea is tailored to your individual health needs and may be formulated to support areas such as digestion, hormonal balance, stress and the nervous system, sleep, skin health or general wellbeing. I use high-quality organic herbs, drawing on traditional herbal medicine alongside more than 25 years of clinical experience.

Your individual formula is kept on your patient record, so when you reorder I will freshly prepare your tea according to your existing prescription.

If your health, symptoms or medication have changed significantly since your last consultation, or you feel your herbal prescription may need adjusting, please get in touch with me or book a review consultation before reordering.

How to use

For best results, aim to drink two or three cups daily, spaced throughout the day. Taking your herbal tea regularly and consistently can help you get the most from your prescription.

If three cups a day isn’t practical, don’t worry — one or two cups taken consistently can still provide useful herbal support.

• 95g – £13.99 – a good choice for regular use
• 180g – £21.99 – best value for continuing with an established tea prescription
