This sleep mix is made from a combination of herbal tinctures traditionally taken to improve the quality and length of sleep. Valerian root is traditionally considered to be a nervous system tonic and restorative.
This mix contains Valerian root and Passion flower.
Take between 3ml and 7.5ml in a little water before bed when needed.
Not suitable for children under the age of twelve.
