This aromatic loose-leaf herbal infusion brings together the delicate floral character of elderflower, the distinctive herbal notes of yarrow and the fresh, cooling flavour of peppermint.

Made from carefully selected organic herbs, this caffeine-free herbal tea is a lovely addition to your winter tea collection. Enjoy it freshly brewed at home, whenever you are feeling under the weather or simply fancy a warming cup of herbal tea.

What’s in the blend?

• Elderflower (Sambucus nigra) – delicate, fragrant flowers traditionally used in herbal preparations for colds and flus.  Modern research has shown elderflowers to have antiviral properties and traditionally they are used to reduce excessive catarrh.
• Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) – an aromatic herb with a long history of use in traditional herbal medicine.
• Peppermint (Mentha × piperita) – adds a refreshing flavour and distinctive minty aroma.

How to prepare

Add 1–2 teaspoons of the loose herbal tea to a cup or teapot. Pour over freshly boiled water and leave to infuse for 5–7 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
