How to Make White Willow Bark Tea

White willow bark is traditionally prepared as a decoction, which extracts the active compounds from the bark.

1. Add 1 teaspoon of dried white willow bark to 250ml water.

2. Bring to a gentle simmer in a saucepan.

3. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.

4. Strain and drink as a bitter herbal tea.
