Postal policy:
Due to disruption to the postal service I am now posting all parcels Royal Mail ‘signed for’ first class which means they are insured up to the value of £50. (You don’t have to physically sign to receive your parcel but the post man or woman will knock and ensure you are home before leaving a parcel.) Postage and packing for all parcels under 1kg cost £5 and on parcels between 1kg and 2kg £7. Please note, all medicines and supplements need to be paid for prior to posting.
